Saint Paul Association of Responsible Landlords ?!?!?
What exactly does that mean?
Saint Paul Association of Responsible Landlords (or SPARL as we like to call it) is a non-profit education association for landlords, people interested in becoming landlords, and support services for the landlord industry. SPARL was created in 1992. SPARL relies solely on membership dues to support the organization. SPARL currently receives no grants or other financial assistance from any entity or organization.
SPARL's Goals and Objectives include:
- Encourage and support development of skills, knowledge and
dispositions necessary to carry out the mission of the organization.
- Develop a means to define and support responsible landlords.
- Support fair and equitable laws and regulations that make successful
and responsible rental housing operations and tenancy possible.
- Provide value packed services to our members, including
our new web based “For Rent” Advertising.
- Enhance and nurture networking between landlords,
and involvement between landlords and the community.
