The St. Paul Association of Responsible Landlords (SPARL) is a non-profit educational resource  organization for residential rental property owners in the St. Paul, MN area.

SPARL focuses on providing basic education about the rental property business to owners of less than 20 units, although many members who own hundreds of units find membership in SPARL beneficial.  Click the SPARL info button for more general information.

SPARL is an independant non-profit organization. We do not receive any funding from any city, state or other government agencies. We rely soley upon the membership fees to continue to run our organization. Please consider joining SPARL to receive the full benefits of membership.
