The St. Paul Association of Responsible Landlords (SPARL) is a non-profit educational resource  organization for residential rental property owners in the St. Paul, MN area.

SPARL focuses on providing basic education about the rental property business to owners of less than 20 units, although many members who own hundreds of units find membership in SPARL beneficial.  Click the SPARL info button for more general information.

SPARL is an independant non-profit organization. We do not receive any funding from any city, state or other government agencies. We rely soley upon the membership fees to continue to run our organization. Please consider joining SPARL to receive the full benefits of membership. Landlord/tenant law, contract law, and government regulations are just some of the areas in which you just have a basic understanding. And these laws are constatly changing! SPARL Meeting - Nov. 12, 2013

The last meeting for 2013 of the St. Paul Association of Responsible Landlords will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Arlington Hills Presbyterian Church's Fireside room on Magnolia Avenue in St. Paul.
